Quality Policy

The Quality Management System implemented at Cybernetica AS has been assessed during a regular audit in February 2007 by Bureau Veritas Certification, and has been certified to be in conformance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard. The scope of supply covers the core business of the company - hardware and software development, manufacturing and system integration.

The first certification to ISO9001:1994 compliance took place on February 5, 1999, after ten months from the beginning of the implementation. Ever since, the Quality Management System has been under rigorous monitoring through internal and external audits.
 

The objectives of our Quality Policy are defined as follows:

• To focus on customer satisfaction by providing quality products and services in time;
   
• To provide smooth customer communication based on efficient internal information exchange;
   
• To embrace teamwork in the spirit of continuous improvement of resulting products and services, relying to the feedback from the customers.

We encourage our existing customers to provide feedback on our products and services. We do value your input, be it of positive or negative nature.
 

NOTE: At the time of receiving the first Certificate of Approval, the Department of Navigation Systems was known as AAB EKTA of Küberneetika AS.
