LED Indicator Panels Family E58

Combining the positive experiences gained during the years of designing Light Emitting Diode (LED) based visual marine navigation aids and road traffic lights, we have created a new range of robust LED Indicator Panels for industrial light signalling applications spanning from access control to equipment status visualization and safety warnings. Currently, E58XX units have found acceptance for application on container spreaders and port cranes as safety indicator lights. Single white LED units (model E5811.W and E5821.W) can be used as emergency light sources.

The E58XX Indicator Panels integrate one to four partly embedded 96mm LED aspects under UV-stable impact resistant polycarbonate covers on a 10mm aluminium alloy base plate with black powder coated finish (RAL9005) and additional layer of clear protective lacquer. Similarly to our marine products, the electronic circuitry is potted in high quality casting resin to protect the assembly from negative effects of vibration, and to provide efficient cooling at the same time. Only high quality LED’s from leading manufacturers (Agilent Technologies (USA), Nichia (Japan)) are used. The cupolas are moulded using a high-technology polycarbonate material Makrolon® from Bayer AG. Depending on application requirements, either clear (standard configuration), Semi-opaque (option S) or Opaque (option O) cupolas can be ordered.

The LED Panel assembly is fully sealed and has no user-serviceable parts inside. The panel is supplied for surface mounting, horizontally or vertically, pole-mounting  braces are optional.

LED Indicator Panel Versions

Depending on the power supply voltage, light intensity, and order of colors, several versions of E58X indicator panels are available. We can offer LED lights based on similar technology with 1, 2, 3, or 4 LED light aspects of green, yellow, red, blue, or white color in any possible combinations.
